Join the Anesthesiology Interest Group for an anesthesiology skills workshop on Tuesday, December 3rd from 3-4:30 pm. We will be in the MASTRI center to learn about common procedures used in anesthesiology with hands-on practice performing IV placement and intubation.

On Wednesday, December 4th, please join the History of Medicine Interest Group for a presentation on the history of trauma medicine, the development of the Maryland trauma system, and the involvement of our very own R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in this life-saving field. The talk will be led by Dr. Thomas Scalea, Director of the Trauma Program at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center.
